Phone call or video call to discuss problem and if I am a good fit.
Session 1
Start together to get history of the relationship and struggles.
Session 2 and 3
Each partner meets separately with therapist for around 20 min and then the couple come together at the end.
Session 4 and on
Together we come up with treatment plans and decide how therapy will begin.
