Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential environment in which clients are invited to explore their challenges, deepen their self-understanding, and work toward meaningful change. Each therapeutic relationship is tailored to the unique needs, pace, and goals of the individual.
Within a supportive and structured setting, clients have the opportunity to examine the anxieties, transitions, and complexities that arise throughout life's journey. Drawing from a range of evidence-informed approaches, I work collaboratively with each client to identify and overcome the barriers that stand between them and their personal growth, fulfillment, and self-actualization.
My approach is strengths-based — beginning with what is already working and building from there — while also creating space to explore new and effective ways of processing life's challenges.
